Sound healing is a safe and ancient modality of the healing arts and uses the vibrations from instruments and voice to aid in the relaxation of the body and mind. Participants lie comfortably on their mat in a group setting as they receive the tapestry of sounds played by Clara.
Sessions usually last for about an hour, and on completion most report a sense of deepened relaxation, connectedness and physical and emotional release.
As a sound practitioner, Clara’s work encompasses group and individual sound healing sessions, performing at festivals, yoga retreats and community settings. Her journey which started with a Bachelor of Contemporary Music Practices, expanded to include additional trainings in Australia and the U.S.A which have all contributed to her postgraduate thesis research on sound healing with the University of Canberra.
