Yin & Sound with yoga teacher Michelle Chan and Sound practitioner Clara Durbidge
This class combines the two modalities of yin yoga and sound healing to invite a deepened level of connectedness and physical and emotional release.
Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative style of practise which offers the opportunity for introspection and deep rest. Poses are held for 3-7 minutes with props to cushion and support the body.
The practise will be accompanied by Clara’s soundscapes with an extended Savasana (integration) to allow you to receive the tapestry of sounds lulling you into a state of clarity and deep relaxation.
Everyone is welcome, no experience of yoga is needed.
