A session that embraces the therapeutic properties of organic castor oil, sound healing and flower essence remedies.

Specific sound healing frequencies associated with the lower chakras will be played, as well as making use of relevant handcrafted flower essences, to weave together a rich supportive energetic tapestry to nurture the body, mind and soul. * a mat to lay on

* a towel

* a cushion,blankie, eye pad and socks to be warm and comfortable

* a journal and pen to write reflections (optional)

* wear clothes that are comfortable and that you can access your belly to apply oil pack and     that it doesn’t matter if by chance they come into contact with some oil.
